T/A - Force
baits
Final 2004
Packington Somers Fishery
Saturday 10th July 2004.
After
several qualifying matches around the country, the TA/Force baits final was held
at Packington Somers fishery.
Everyone met at the fishery for the draw and
expectations for a good close match were high. The banter was, as usual, first
class and the craic was being had by all.
The draw was made and everyone made their way
to their pegs, some were drawn on out and out feeder pegs while others had the
choice of pole or feeder. The match got under way with the weather conditions
being awful, to say the least, everyone got a good soaking.
At the close of play the results could not
have been closer with one fish separating the top three. Congratulations go out
to BobbyG for winning the senior event, with
Henry taking the junior title. Force baits again rewarded the participating anglers with boxes of goodies that was
appreciated by all.
The results and pictures are below and it
just leaves me to say a big thank you to Steve and Simon at Force baits from all
at Talkangling, for sponsoring the series and for donating the prize money to
the winner.
