Making a Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "go to payments" in the shopping cart and you will be asked for the remaining details that we need to be able to satisfy your order. You can pay by credit/debit card or by cheque (payable to "talkangling.co.uk"). We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo and Delta. You may send your credit card information via phone,fax, or snail mail if you prefer not to use our secure online payment system. If your credit card or debit card is not authorized or declined, we will not process your order. 1.Purchase orders for goods. 1.1 Purchases can be accepted for delivery worldwide. 2. Prices and payment 2.1 In addition to the list price of goods, talkangling.co.uk reserves the right to make an extra charge for deliveries, the price of which will be calculated, communicated to and agreed with the customer prior to despatch. 3. Delivery Schedule 3.1 Delivery shall be deemed to take place on the date of the first attempt at delivery to the customer's premises or other place specified for delivery. All goods must be signed for by an adult aged over 18 years or over on delivery, if no-one is at the address when the delivery is attempted the goods may be retained by the driver. 4. Back Orders If your item is not in stock at the time of ordering, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. 5. Cancellation and Returns You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from the day after you receive the goods, i.e. you have effectively 8 working days after receipt of the goods to cancel your order should you wish to do so. All goods must be in perfect resaleable condition and be returned by recorded delivery to talkangling.co.uk, return postage and carriage must be paid by you, if you do not return the goods within 7 working days from the point of your cancellation we will arrange to have the canceled goods collected from you and the cost of doing so will be deducted from your refund. Your money will be refunded within 30 days of your cancellation. talkangling.co.uk may apply a restocking charge upto a maximum of 25% of the value of your order. 6. Credit Card Security We take credit card security very seriously and employ the maximum possible measures on this site.
