About the terms

Access to and use of 'talkangling.co.uk' both within the UK and internationally is provided by talkangling UK

(international users of the site may see some advertising on certain pages which is provided by talkangling's commercial

arm, talkangling UK on the following terms:

1. By using talkangling.co.uk you agree to be bound by these terms, which shall take effect immediately on your first

use of talkangling.co.uk. If you do not agree to be bound by all of the following terms please do not access, use and/or

contribute to talkangling.co.uk.

2. talkangling may change these terms from time to time and so you should check these terms regularly. Your continued

use of talkangling.co.uk will be deemed acceptance of the updated or amended terms. If you do not agree to the changes,

you should cease using this website. If there is any conflict between these terms and specific local terms appearing

elsewhere on talkangling.co.uk (including house rules) then the latter shall prevail.

Use of talkangling.co.uk

3. You agree to use talkangling.co.uk only for lawful purposes, and in a way that does not infringe the rights of,

restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of talkangling.co.uk. Prohibited behaviour includes harassing or

causing distress or inconvenience to any person, transmitting obscene or offensive content or disrupting the normal flow

of dialogue within talkangling.co.uk.

Intellectual Property

4. All copyright, trade marks, design rights, patents and other intellectual property rights (registered and

unregistered) in and on talkangling.co.uk and all content (including all applications) located on the site shall remain

vested in talkangling or its licensors (which includes other users). You may not copy, reproduce, republish,

disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer, download, post, broadcast, transmit, make available to the public, or

otherwise use talkangling.co.uk content in any way except for your own personal, non-commercial use. You also agree not

to adapt, alter or create a derivative work from any talkangling.co.uk content except for your own personal, non-

commercial use. Any other use of talkangling.co.uk content requires the prior written permission of the owners of

talkangling UK.

5. The names, images and logos identifying talkangling.co.uk or third parties and their products and services are

subject to copyright, design rights and trade marks of talkangling.co.uk and/or third parties. Nothing contained in

these terms shall be construed as conferring any licence or right to use any trade mark, design right or copyright of

Talkangling UK or any other third party.

Contributions to talkangling forum.

6. By sharing any contribution (including any text, photographs, graphics, video or audio) with talkangling you agree to

grant to talkangling, free of charge, permission to use the material in any way it wants (including modifying and

adapting it for operational and editorial reasons) for talkangling services in any media worldwide (including on

talkangling site or sites accessed by international users). In certain circumstance talkangling may also share your

contribution with trusted third parties.

7. Copyright in your contribution will remain with you and this permission is not exclusive, so you can continue to use

the material in any way including allowing others to use it.

8. In order that talkangling can use your contribution, you confirm that your contribution is your own original work, is

not defamatory and does not infringe any UK laws, that you have the right to give talkangling permission to use it for

the purposes specified above, and that you have the consent of anyone who is identifiable in your contribution or the

consent of their parent / guardian if they are under 16.

9. We normally show your name or forum username with your contribution, unless you request otherwise, but for

operational reasons this is not always possible. talkangling may need to contact you for administrative or verification

purposes in relation to your contribution, or in relation to particular projects. For full details of when and how we

may contact you please see talkangling's Privacy Policy plus any local terms where applicable.

10. Please do not endanger yourself or others, take any unnecessary risks or break any laws when creating content you

may share with talkangling.

11. If you do not want to grant talkangling the permission set out above on these terms, please do not submit or share

your contribution to or with talkangling.co.uk.
*In the case of news-related material please note that this may be shared with talkangling's overseas partners; these

are all reputable foreign news broadcasters or related companies who are prohibited from altering the material in any

way or providing it to other UK broadcasters or to the print media.

13. In order to participate in and contribute to selected talkangling.co.uk communities you may be required to register

with talkangling.co.uk. Any personal information supplied to talkangling.co.uk as part of this registration process

and/or any other interaction with talkangling.co.uk will be collected, stored and used in accordance with talkangling

Privacy Policy.

14. You agree to use talkangling.co.uk communities (including message boards) in accordance with the following Community

Rules. These apply across all talkangling.co.uk community sites and services. You should, however, read the local house

rules of the particular site or service you're using, as there may be some local variations to these Community Rules.
(i) About your posts:

* Contributions must be civil and tasteful.
* No disruptive, offensive or abusive behaviour: contributions must be constructive and polite, not mean-spirited or

contributed with the intention of causing trouble.
* No unlawful or objectionable content: unlawful, harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful, obscene,

profane, sexually oriented, racially offensive or otherwise objectionable material is not acceptable.
* Be patient: users of all ages and abilities may be taking part in the relevant talkangling.co.uk community.
* No spamming or off-topic material: we don't allow the submission of the same or very similar contributions many

times. Please don't re-submit your contribution to more than one discussion, or contribute off-topic material in

subject-specific areas.
* No advertising or promoting.
* Contributions containing languages other than English may be removed unless allowed in the relevant local house

rules.
* No impersonation.
* No inappropriate (e.g. vulgar, offensive etc) user names.
* URLs (web site addresses) can only be posted if allowed under any relevant local house rules.
* Deliberate misuse of the complaints facility is not permitted. If you persist in doing this, action may be taken

against your account.

(ii) Your talkangling Account:

If you use multiple logins for the purpose of disrupting a community or annoying other users you may have action taken

against all of your accounts.

All accounts must be registered with a valid personal email address that you access regularly so that moderation emails

can be sent to you. Accounts registered with someone else's email address, or with temporary email addresses may be

closed without notice. We may require users to re-validate their account if we believe they have been using an invalid

email address.

talkangling reserves the right to close accounts if any user is seen to be using proxy IPs (Internet Protocol addresses)

in order to attempt to hide the use of multiple talkangling accounts, or if an non UK user pretends to be a UK user, or

disrupts any of our services in any way.
(iii) Safety:

We advise that you never reveal any personal information about yourself or anyone else (for example: telephone number,

postal address, home address or email address or any other details that would allow you to be personally identified) in

any talkangling community.
(iv) Legal requirements:

* You may not submit or share any defamatory or illegal material of any nature in talkangling.co.uk communities.

This includes text, graphics, video, programs or audio.
* Contributing material to a talkangling.co.uk community with the intention of committing or promoting an illegal

act is strictly prohibited.
* You agree to submit to or share with talkangling.co.uk communities only contributions which are your own original

work. You must not violate, plagiarise, or infringe the rights of talkangling or third parties including copyright,

trade mark, trade secrets, privacy, publicity, personal or proprietary rights.

(v) If you're under 16:

* Please get a parent's or guardian's permission before taking part in any talkangling.co.uk community.
* Never reveal any personal information about yourself or anyone else (for example, school, telephone number, your

full name, home address or email address).

(vi) If you breach these Community Rules:

If you fail to abide by these Community Rules (and/or any variations in relevant local house rules) when taking part in

a talkangling.co.uk community, you will be sent an email which informs you why your contribution has been refused or

edited. This email will also include a warning that continuing to break the rules may result in action being taken

against your account or accounts.

This action may include any content posted by you being checked before allowed to go on the site or a temporary or

permanent suspension of your ability to participate in any or all of talkangling.co.uk community areas.

If you submit or share offensive or inappropriate content to or with any talkangling.co.uk communities or anywhere else

on talkangling.co.uk or otherwise engage in any disruptive behaviour on talkangling.co.uk, and talkangling considers

such behaviour to be serious and/or repeated, talkangling may use whatever information that is available to it about you

to stop any further such infringements. This may include informing relevant third parties such as your employer, school

or email provider about the infringement(s).

talkangling reserves the right to delete any contribution, or take action against any talkangling account, at any time,

for any reason.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

15. The majority of content posted in talkangling.co.uk communities is created by members of the public. The views

expressed are theirs and unless specifically stated are not those of talkangling or talkangling.co.uk. Neither

talkangling nor talkangling.co.uk are responsible for any content posted by members of the public on talkangling.co.uk

or for the availability or content of any third party sites that are accessible through talkangling.co.uk. Any links to

third party websites from talkangling.co.uk do not amount to any endorsement of that site by talkangling or

talkangling.co.uk and any use of that site by you is at your own risk.

16. talkangling.co.uk content, including the information, names, images, pictures, logos and icons regarding or relating

to talkangling and/or talkangling.co.uk, its products and services (or to third party products and services), is

provided "AS IS" and on an "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the extent permitted by law, talkangling excludes all

representations and warranties (whether express or implied by law), including the implied warranties of satisfactory

quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy. talkangling does not

guarantee the timeliness, completeness or performance of the website or any of the content. While we try to ensure that

all content provided by talkangling is correct at the time of publication no responsibility is accepted by or on behalf

of talkangling for any errors, omissions or inaccurate content on the website.

17. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes talkangling's liability for death or personal injury caused by its proven

negligence. Subject to the previous sentence, talkangling and/or talkangling.co.uk shall not be liable for any of the

following losses or damage (whether such damage or losses were foreseen, foreseeable, known or otherwise): (a) loss of

data; (b) loss of revenue or anticipated profits; (c) loss of business; (d) loss of opportunity; (e) loss of goodwill or

injury to reputation; (f) losses suffered by third parties; or (g) any indirect, consequential, special or exemplary

damages arising from the use of talkangling.co.uk regardless of the form of action.

18. talkangling and talkangling.co.uk do not warrant that functions available on talkangling.co.uk will be uninterrupted

or error free, that defects will be corrected, or that talkangling.co.uk or the server that makes it available are free

of viruses or bugs. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to implement sufficient procedures and virus checks

(including anti-virus and other security checks) to satisfy your particular requirements for the accuracy of data input

and output.

General

19. If any of these terms are determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any

state or country in which these terms are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction in

which that term is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and the remaining

terms shall survive and continue to be binding and enforceable.

20. The failure or delay of talkangling to exercise or enforce any right in these terms does not waive talkangling's

right to enforce that right.

21. These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales which shall have

exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

TERMS & CONDITION OF SALE -

These terms and conditions are made between us, talkangling.co.uk, and you, the "customer" in respect of purchases of goods from the talkangling.co.uk website. You must agree to these Terms and conditions before you place an order with us. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Your Satisfaction

talkangling.co.uk are completely dedicated to your total satisfaction. If you have any suggestions, comments or complaints please email us at sales@talkangling.co.uk or contact us on the details shown on the contact us page.
We will acknowledge any complaints within 5 working days (usually much sooner) and work towards a speedy resolution to your best satisfaction, dealing with your complaint confidentially and keeping you fully informed at all times.

Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "go to payments" in the shopping cart and you will be asked for the remaining details that we need to be able to satisfy your order.

You can pay by credit/debit card or by cheque (payable to "talkangling.co.uk"). We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo and Delta. You may send your credit card information via phone,fax, or snail mail if you prefer not to use our secure online payment system. If your credit card or debit card is not authorized or declined, we will not process your order.

1.Purchase orders for goods.

1.1 Purchases can be accepted for delivery worldwide.
1.2 Each purchase order from www.talkangling.co.uk shall be deemed to incorporate these terms and conditions.
1.3 The display of products on www.talkangling.co.uk constitutes an invitation to trade and not a formal offer.
1.4 An offer will be made by the Customer on the completion of the purchase process contemplated in the ordering process set out in these pages.
1.5 An offer is only accepted by talkangling and talkangling only agrees to be contractually bound when talkangling despatches a confirmation of order to your e-mail address/postal address/fax number following receipt of payment, depending on the method of ordering adopted.
1.6 Goods are sold subject to availability and, in relation to certain specific goods, there are geographical restrictions.
1.7 talkangling reserves the right to alter the specification of the goods insofar as the performance of such goods is not materially altered.

2. Prices and payment

2.1 In addition to the list price of goods, talkangling.co.uk reserves the right to make an extra charge for deliveries, the price of which will be calculated, communicated to and agreed with the customer prior to despatch.
2.2 Ownership of a good shall not pass until cash to clear funds for the full price has been received by talkangling.co.uk until it has passed to the customer, the customer shall act as bailee of the goods for talkangling.co.uk and, at so far as reasonably practicable shall store the goods so that they are readily identifiable as the property of talkangling.co.uk.
2.3 talkangling.co.uk reserves the right to refuse and cancel an account and /or delivery at any time prior to receipt of payment from the Customer. talkangling.co.uk also reserves the right to cancel an account and /or delivery when it can be reasonably demonstrated by talkangling.co.uk that a credit card payment by the Customer is fraudulent.
2.4 Prices for goods are exclusive of UK Value Added Tax and other relevant sales tax unless otherwise indicated in the ordering process.

3. Delivery Schedule

3.1 Delivery shall be deemed to take place on the date of the first attempt at delivery to the customer's premises or other place specified for delivery. All goods must be signed for by an adult aged over 18 years or over on delivery, if no-one is at the address when the delivery is attempted the goods may be retained by the driver.
3.2 Working days are Monday to Friday excluding any Scottish Bank or public holidays.
3.3 Each order or each installment of an order shall constitute a separate contract.
3.4 In the event a delivery is attempted to your specified delivery address you will be carded by the delivery courier or postal worker, if you subsequently fail to undertake the instructions on the delivery card and the package is returned to our warehouse then delivery and packaging charges will not be refunded. This does not affect your legal rights.

4. Back Orders

If your item is not in stock at the time of ordering, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

5. Cancellation and Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from the day after you receive the goods, i.e. you have effectively 8 working days after receipt of the goods to cancel your order should you wish to do so. All goods must be in perfect resaleable condition and be returned by recorded delivery to talkangling.co.uk, return postage and carriage must be paid by you, if you do not return the goods within 7 working days from the point of your cancellation we will arrange to have the canceled goods collected from you and the cost of doing so will be deducted from your refund. Your money will be refunded within 30 days of your cancellation. talkangling.co.uk may apply a restocking charge upto a maximum of 25% of the value of your order.

6. Credit Card Security

We take credit card security very seriously and employ the maximum possible measures on this site. All credit card transactions are dealt with by secure, online transaction systems. Your card details are encrypted on a secure server. It is practically impossible for your card details to be obtained by another party. 7. Guarantees and Liability

Everything sold on talkangling.co.uk is covered by a manufacturer's guarantee. Should you not be satisfied with any product you purchased from us, simply return it to us unused as new and we will refund you in full or replace the product as you wish.
7.1 Goods sold by talkangling.co.uk are sold with guarantee that they will be free of defects in material or workmanship at delivery and, provided they are used in the proper way, for the relevant period from delivery as indicated at the point of ordering.
7.2 talkangling.co.uk accepts no liability for defects in goods resulting from customer designs or requirements, or arising from wear and tear, willful damage, negligence or misuse.
7.3 Information on www.talkangling.co.uk may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors. Information and product specifications, including information relating to price and availability may be changed or updated without notice. No guarantee is given that the information accessible via www.talkangling.co.uk is accurate, complete or current. Where a discrepancy on price or product description is discovered prior to entering into a contract with the Customer, talkangling.co.uk will notify the Customer and communicate the correct price and or description and request the Customer proceed with their order based on the new information. www.talkangling.co.uk may be temporarily unavailable from time to time. Nothing on www.talkangling.co.uk shall be construed as a warranty or representation.
7.4 Except as otherwise stated in these terms, talkangling.co.uk's entire liability in respect of a particular good that has passed into the ownership of a customer and the customer' remedies shall be limited to, at talkangling.co.uk's option and in accordance with its returns policy from time to time, a credit note in respect of the amount paid by the customer to talkangling.co.uk for such good; or the replacement or repair of the good by talkangling.co.uk; or a refund where the good has been returned within a reasonable time. All customers shall be entitled to a full refund where they have properly rejected a faulty good within a reasonable time. Your statutory rights are not affected, where any consequential loss has occurred and where those losses were reasonably foreseeable talkangling.co.uk will fully compensate the customer for those consequential losses.
7.5 Nothing in these terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation, but except as otherwise stated in these terms and conditions, all conditions, warranties, terms and undertakings express or implied or otherwise, are hereby excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not limited or excluded in any way.

7.6 talkangling.co.uk shall have no liability to the customer for indirect or consequential loss except if it is a loss, which could reasonably be supposed to have been within the contemplation of talkangling.co.uk and the Customer, at the time of the contract, as the probable result of any breach.

talkangling is not responsible for the content of external internet sites.
