I know in print they can look awful and difficult to follow but believe me once there you'll find it all makes sense and is easy to follow.
Ref the weighing and returning of fish those that have not been before will be surprised how simple and effective a system it is.

Malc the way i seem to attract skimmers when I really want carp is unreal those scales could be at my peg most of the day
as for any fishery if you dont like the rules you can always vote with your feet.
Me i could not really care what I catch as long as I have a day amongst good company and the float goes under a few times, right now wheres that heavy no 6 elastic to put through some carp top twos well it does have to stretch a bit dont it
