I agree with X-man Simon (for once!), Cedar is an ultra consistent venue, which is what you want. The main considerations from my point of view are:

13m wide, so everyone can fish across if they want to.

Have a number of ondulations to prevent the venue being as wind dominated. E.g the Oasis lake at Lindholme will be a nightmare with wind on it, as all the fish will follow the wind into a corner.

Ensure the pegs are a good distance apart. I have fished some lakes with 50 pegs on them, which are in reality only 30 peg lakes.

From a commercial point of view, ensure there are at least 60 well spaced pegs, to ensure you get 50 anglers on a weekend to earn Kammy points. There are not many commercial venue 50+ peggers down by you, so that would be a real draw.
