willow cost me approx £150 quid i borrowed my mates van and it used £75 in diesel the cost of pools was £25 my bait bill was about £20 ( 4 pints casters kilo of worm although i saved over half pellets and a bit of meat) chuck in breakfast and a few drinks and it all adds up the question is to me about pleasure as this was a one off match . i met a nice bunch of guys put names to faces and enjoyed the fishing. personally i think the info was a bit adrift as middle lakes carp population emigrated to the big lake during the flood and we should have been told to ignore carp and fish exclusively for silvers. several of the locals fishing said there was only a handful of pegs worth targetting caro off now ! i didnt realise it was £10 a ticket we have got waters up here that will produce 1oolb in the coldest days of winter (hosticks) at only £5
