Steve in all fairness why over complicate things? I would personally like to see set venues for the regions so the arguments over "which venue" stop.

There were other forums in the past that wanted to join in but couldn`t field a team for at least three of the venues. This IMO should be the way to go. Can AT field a team for at least 3 venues?

As I see it , and I think I have a bit of knowledge in the matter , the Intersite organiser/coordinator is just that. It only takes a few minutes each day for you to `bump` threads and liase with each site. When I did it everyone was kept up to date. Dont get me wrong I`m not having a pop at you mate but if you keep on top of things then there will be no need for confusion.

Set the guidelines early on and stick to them....if there is info posted on one site , make sure it is copied/pasted to the rest.

I totally agree with TF & TFC as seperate teams....we have 2 forums so 2 teams seems fair.
