yes you are right about the THE DIP BARRELS SEEM DIRTY (AND SMELL TERRIBLE) and yes you are right what you say that the fishery supplying the keep net doz not mind you using your own landing net it is no different then using your keep net... it can still Carry bacteria

in to the lake which you are about to fish.. you are right it is confusing.
