This way every angler purchasing a license would automatically be joining the governing body and this way there would be no arguments once it is introduced and by doing it this way due to the numbers joining it should keep the costs down.

I'm with you Ian a good idea, I think the only way to get every one to contribute is to make a compulsory charge through the cost of licence fee's. We need protection for our sport against pollution, fish theft, and the antis
