I dont think there is anything wrong with it. I think the angler who drew it was defeated before he left the car park.
Over the last few weeks the pegs from 13 to 23 have been catching a lot of fish, the pegs i didn't personally want to draw were 26,36 or from 50 to 56, peg 36 was 3rd, peg 50 won it and peg 56 was 4th.
Fish have fins for swimming!!!!!
