hi ive gt an evening match at my local water (woods farm shirley) from 4.30 to 8.30. The venue responds really well to floating baits n you usually catch the bigger carp 3-6lb. Fished there tonight from 5.30 till 7.00 n had 7 carp n got snapped twice so thought that this wud be my main approach untill ive jst found out no floating baits,pellets or floating pole to be used in the match. Any ideas on hw i could over come this? i was thinking about spraying maggots using the bungee method (no float jst a hook 12 inches deep) as pellets are not allowed bt this may attrach silvers. my other approach wud be the same method above but wiv sunken bread. Any ideas????
