This season more than any other the end pegs in these big matches have won the day, of the venue's that i have fished there is only Lindholme that can be won from any where.

Is it time to put blockers on the end pegs has in, good anglers (but not superstars) who will fish to the same rules and times as the match but not weigh in. Thereby every one else will have a fairer chance of winning.

Obviously i don't know all the venue's but for snake type, rectangles etc it would stop obvious flyers.
