I have a Maver 371 (the 401 is better at 16m apparently but I rarely fish this distance) and I am mightily impressed with it. My dealer tells me spares are not a problem for Maver poles but I have yet to need any! Spares for Garbolino can be a problem, having owned a Tomcat for a number of years I know from experience.
Incidentally the Maver sections work on a push and twist principle which means they cannot come apart/fall off once they have been locked. It also means they never lock together either - you simply untwist and they come apart easily. The 371 is supplied with an amazing number of match and power tops, clean cap system and a cupping kit. Very impressed for the money.
I looked at the Daiwa Tournament Pro but the Maver seemed stiffer and I preferred the finish. It's all subjective really - go to a dealer and try them out.
