I have exactly the same, mine even does an hour count that I'm out! She's into singing and operatics and all that stuff.
Its not too bad at the moment but a few months back she turned around and said "my practise's are 6 hours a week, when you go fishing your out for at least 8-9hours".
I can see her point on one thing, that as she doesnt work and just looks after our 2 young children through the week, then I turn around and go fishing on a sat or sunday its another full day she has them without me there, there's been a few rows over it but she'll never stop me!!
I've been fishing for 20years + and been with her for 4!! No comparrison!! LOL!!!!!
