My advice if you have your heart set on carp fishing is to buy second hand gear there are some bargains to be had on various forums and tackle trader that way you get better quality stuff at the prices you would pay for new lower quality gear most of my gear is 2nd hand and its been like new the vast majority of anglers take care of their kit so it is sometimes like buying new anyway
Ps stay away from the fox reels Shimano make reels you wouldnt go wrong with some 6010gt or similar depending on how big the waters are that you intend to fish
