I didn't cover that point Neil.Poolsfodder seems to tie a uniform knot for the stonfo end of a pole rig- never been overly concerned about consistency on this end myself.Must admit I don't find any difficulty when using the knotless knot to first tie a small loop by teasing the knot to a small loop when tightening.You can do this I'm sure!
