Surely it depends on the size of area you have along with which type of angler you want to target.
If your after a mixed fishery (which I think you will be) then maybe one roundish lake with an Island in the middle.
Or some type of snake lake full of far bank features with an even bottom to prevent it being too peggy in the winter.
