depends on how much money you are willing to spend, is the lke easily accesible best if people could drive to swims , stocking it with carp is expensive judging by the article on carp farming . my mum's friend owns a lake i can fish for free she said there is a 55 pounder costing £100,000 !!! expensive!!! dont et this put you off sounds like a lake i would love to fish when it is finished
