I have to have known Neil for nearly as long as how old you are, team fished with him, researched and developted bait with him, fished countless opens with him, worked with him, so yes i think i know Neil, I know Dave through coaching him being a NFA Regional coach and me a PAA coach for a few years and i am sure they would like only positive remarks about the juniors no matter how ill conceived they are.
As for the not really a mate , but someone who i bumped into that told me you would trust the views of a complete stranger that may in all honesty have only ever turned up once.
Come on be positive, juniors are becoming scarce in angling and anything we can say or do to promote or encourage them has to be applied and applauded, as do they that make the effort and give up there own free time to do so.
