I have been thinking about this for sometime of running a match at Lake John Essex its about a mile from Junction 26 M25

I was just wondering how much support there would be given the logistics involved for some of you guys.

it has 40 Permenent pegs on the big Lake, but I would suggest (30 max) and 16 max on the small lake the two lakes differ greatly and although there have been many cross lake matches in the past I wouldnt like to see one lake compeating against the other.

The place is heaving with fish and 100LB plus of skimmers a regular occurance, the backing weights are tight and on any given match its rare for a runaway winner and most of the top 6 or 8 could win the match.

So Im looking at what interst there would be for a mid weeker on the large lake 30 pegs, there are already opens on wednesdays and monday its closed unless its a bank holiday when of course we have a bank holiday special.

Anyone fancy a crack at it I dont mind doing both lakes if we have the interest or could even get a saturday as the weather tails off
