Richie I wasnt digging you out and aprechiate its what you have been told, I would love to know the answer 100% myself

I know I wouldnt let anyone on my land unless they had a justifyable reason and made an appointment, and if I found someone I wouldnt be asking questions first.

It would seem there are two types of EA officials there are water baliffs and Enforcement officers, Im not exactly sure of the difference im still researching the issue but it would seem the information isnt readily available and I have been rummaging through government office files to do with the EA in a effort to find the exact answer.

I did however pull one interesting peice out of the bag how I read it is that old rumour of them being able to arrest you is no more than a citizens arrest you and I can perform, cant comment on enforcement officers though.

I think the only sure way to determine this would be to write to them
