Particularly interested in the Colemans entry as I have my 1st ever visit coming up next month for a club match on Pathfield Lake, so if you have any pearls of wisdom you would care to pass on feel free to PM me.

Thanks Pete
Pathfields, its a better bagging venue than Wood, its more about catching than fishing, Wood lake requires a little more skill as the methods seem to change daily as the fish seem to wise up to whats happening,
The main approach right now seems to be the margins and the pegs the other side of the islands looking from the cafe being most productive, right now you cant fail to catch down there, meat both luncheon and cat corn and hemp are the main attack and a few seem to get the paste working. the long pole up to the island is worth a shot and most will have a feature.
Wood on the other hand is more chop and caster long or pellet with corn and meat in the margins.
Its a very good venue you won't be disapointed its the sort of venue that would suit an intersite as the same pegs don't dominate, and I would take a stab at saying there are probably only 12 pegs from 80 it would be hard to win from.
There are opens every thursday on Pathfield, and the place has a great cafe.
If you give me the date of your club match I will get you up to speed nearer the time as it changes a lot
Paul
