To add to the confusion further.... ll

For canal tench I go one of two ways depending on the cut in question. Local knowledge will put you right on this.

Method 1: Savoury (lol) - Sensas Lake 33%, Sensas Bream 3000 66% (big bits seived to control food content - the biscuit) Whole bottle of BWB liquidised worm to a kilo of mix. Mix it quite dry, as the worm will make it very sticky otherwise. Add casters to taste (theirs, not yours!)

Method 2: Sweet (predictable lol) - Sensas Lake 50%, Sensas Magic 50%, Tins worth of liquidised corn (I like pescaviva, but you can do your own, and add flavour such as strawberry if you like), mix dry as per method 1. Add corn and pellet. You may need to add tracix in red or black, as this mix is quite light. Depends on water clarity and bottom colour.
