I,ve had Roach, Skimmers, and Carp on it. Just feeding the odd grain or two with the pellet and just have a look now and again, more often than not i fish it the same as you,ld fish a double caster. You can feed a seperate line with it but dont overfeed it as this stuffs very filling, "A toss pot with 6 grains at a time is more than enough". As Frank says you can dye it different colours but i prefer mine white. A 500grm pack should last 2,3, maybe 4 visits
