Here is a list of the fishing matches and festivals in Ireland in April and May 2009.

IRELAND Match Fishing 2009.

April and May is the time of the big festivals in the Enniskillen area:

BT Match: Match Days (6th April - 10th April 09)

Erne Anglers Three Day Festival (11th April - 13th April 09)

Erne Anglers Four Day Festival (14th April - 17th April 09)

Mini Mahons: Match Match Days (20th April - 24th April 09)

Firemen Match: Match Days ( 20th April - 24th April 2009)

Bobby Smithers Memorial Match (26th April ( One Day) 09 )

Classic Match: Match Days (27th April - 1st May 09) Including King of the Erne

Mahons Match: Match Days (4th May - 8th May 09)

Gold Cup Match: Match Days (11th May - 15th May 09)

Caroline Boswell Memorial Match: Match Days (18th May - 22nd May 09)

Rose Bowl Match: Match Days ( 25th May - 29th May 09)

Hi Oneabung,

I live in Ireland in the midlands and have a very good knowledge of the local coarse fishing hot spots. These include canals, rivers & fishing ponds...

hi mick im going over to scarriff in clare, ireland the beginning of june have been going to this area for a few years now and have got the chance this year to fish lough o'grady a lake situated on the scarriff river cant find any info on it on the usual sites just wondering if you could help
