alot of good ones out there but would reconmend liddles coshida or felix to be the best,
as for flavoures i have always had the best results wish the fish selection but im sure it differes from pool to pool.
would give it a good chopping up in a bait tub before you cup it in as it seems to reduce the number of small fish you get in your peg as opposed to the lumps that are usally there.
a 14-16 hook would be needed but i dont fish it on the hook much i preffer to put a few pieces of corn in with it and fish corn over it instead.
a dibber would be the best float iv used for it but make sure its over 4x12 if your using cat meat on the hook.
would suggest using lines no smaller then 0.15 due to the size of fish and always use a hooklength.
as for were to use it, depends on the day in question but id say in the margins no deeper then 3ft so probly only a few meters down the margins.
feeding is easy i feel with it, half a can every half a hour, then fish it after the first hour or if the wind is blowing sw into your bank

Coshida or opticat with gravy not jelly. Very important. I do mine in a bucket with a potato masher. 6 tins of catmeat, one tin of water and a tin of corn. If allowed put some hemp in as well. You are looking for a thick soup consistency. As ryan says up to 3 feet in the margins is ideal. Keep pouring it in with a pole cup and fish a chunk or half a chunk of catmeat or some corn over the top. Fish a dibber with a 14 or 12 hook and on a margin pole if you have on with big elastic. One handy tip is to keep a bowl of water and a towel on your tray as this is a messy bait! If you are on a pleasure session try this late in the day for some amazing bags of big carp.
