hi matty, i have just answered this question for donald on one of the other threads, try this it works for me, i have had some proper lumps and big weights like this, this bait is like cat food you dont want loads of fish in your swim at once,so let the paste feed your swim, you can go through a fair bit of paste on a days fishing.
good luck
dave

hi mate if uve neva fished it before buy a tub of the swim stim green thats ready mixed it is dearer but its only once you will do it just so you can learn get a pot about 1 and half to 2 feet from your tip at the start of the session i put a good hand full of 2 m pellets in and 2 or 3 lumps of paste in as well leave it for half hour while fishing your other lines then wen you go on it put a nice lump on the hook lob it in your kinder pot with a nice pinch of pellets wait for a positive bite dont strike at all the little dips it will either go or shoot up in the air get used to it then learn to mix your own for a good example chack out you chube jammie masson paste fishin he shows you some good tips and how to ship out with just a band on the pole not a pot and the larford gaffer shows you how to mixe the paste your self that should start a begginer of mate if you can go to a fishery and watch someone fishin it you will learn loads mate but to start you that will get you goin
