Default how to make a paste for carp fishing?

Hi
Looking for some advice/recipies on making a paste for carp fishing for summer
Could i grind some boilies down and add an egg or water to bind it ?

Hi Tango and welcome to the site.
Dont bother with boilies mate, use groundbait to make paste.
Fill a baitbox halfway then add your chosen groundbait bit by bit. Leave it a few mins to absorb the water properly before adding each time. You will find the mix stiffening up, then when it reaches the desired consistency wrap it in clingfilm and put it in your baitbox. There are lots of groundbaits to choose from, but the one most people seem to use including myself is green swimstim.
