I would firstly take a look at the clarity of the water and the colour of the bottom ... try and find out if the bream there are coming over a light of dark mix, red can work well too.

Justin has a very good basis for his mix, if the bottom there is dark and the water reasonably clear I would add some Super Match or Black Turbo to it to darken it up. Might be an idea to mix it the night before so it is not too active and keeping too many smaller fish in the swin.

A good tip we use to devastating effect in ireland is to NOT chop your worms - feed them whole, this helps you stay away from the smaller fish as well.
