Just watched a video on feeder/method feeder tactics with Andy Findlay fishing a commercial carp pool. He used 2mm pellets soaked in water for 2 mins (genral rule of thumb 1 min per mm - general rule!) and used 4mm pellets on the hook or hair rig. I am trying to find out as much about feeder fishing as I am just taking the sport up again. The video btw was called On the Bank presented by David Hall. Cost £4.99 from the local Lidle (the price the wife pays for dragging me out shopping!). Hope it helps!
