Default Hair rigging

Any of you guys on here gone so far as hair rigging casters? Aparently Alan Scotthorne has been banding caster at Lindholme to great effect..

Rich, just tie a hair and then attach a tiny pellet band (like one of the gardener ones or the new mosella) then use a Bandabait tool to open up the band - pop in the caster and away you go...

Would not thought it was worth it, casters are easy to hook & you can hide the hook, but, who am I to argue with AS.

hair rigging a bait makes it harder for the fish to eject the bait. Its the same principle as hair rigging a pellet. So hair rigging a casters has the same benefits. You hit more bites.
