Papa Roach

I went fishing yesterday and a friend told me that muscles were good bait for catching smaller fish. Being a newbie i took on his advice and took a pole with me and some muscle. Although i did not catch any tench i did manage to land a single perch and are you ready .... 14 small roach in the space of 4 hours! so for those that are new and just want any fish as their first i would suggest using a pole/whip and muscle it worked for me.
