the only thing with a knotless knot is that your hook will hang from your rig at an angle as apposed to it being a spade ended hook wich hangs vertical to your rig there are a few other knots but i use this one Grinner Knot | Angling Tips & Techniques | Go Fishing UK
quite a hard knot but very strong

The knotless knot is fine if you want / need to hair rig, however it is not that strong, and has a poor record when tied with braid. Have a look at this, the palomar knot, very easy to tie and works just as well on braid, and has a very high strengh rating.

The website is very useful for all knots.

The Palomar Knot

Cheers...Mark

I ignore the eye and tie it like a spade if im fishing up in the water. Use the knotless not for bomb and feeder fishing though.

Yes as polepot says, i use the pallomar knot. Not because it is easy, but because it is one that i use and trust. Graham Marsden showed me how to tie it a long time ago, and he swears by it.

So polepot, can you tie one???????????????????????
