I have been saving up all the odd slices of bread and running through the blender for freezing. I then add as you mention corriander at around 20g per loaf seems to do well for the roach/rudd.

You will find that a couple of tablespoons of salt help as well.

Add Salt for Roach or Brown sugar for Bream/Skimmers, the brown sugar will help bind it to as crumb on it's own doesn't bind to well.

Another thing you can add finely crushed biscuits.

500 gr brown crumb
500 gr white crumb
50 gr coriander
20 gr crushed fennel
1 tea spoon table salt
4 teaspoons dark coco powder
100 gr crushed roast hemp (soak in water over night, drain, spread on baking tray 1/4 inch deep, drizzle with linseed/flaz oil, 200 degrees for 30-45 mins, then crush)

Robert is your mothers brother.

Not unlike a well known french roach groundbait
