Groff sounds like there getting pre-occupied on the hemp and micros try cutting them out and feeding some 4mm hard pellet in your groundbait.

Try swim stim paste(same as ur g/bait)with 16 hook, very soft as they are prob, just sucking loose g/bait up,also try about half to 1 metre away from ur feed zone.

I have to agree with whats already been said, i'd do away with the hemp.
It sounds like you might have fish rooting about searching for it. Try something a bit more substantial which the fish can see and will hoover up.
The "horns" in Cannock is a venue where you can see some real fizzing..masses of bubbles a couple of metres wide..

You might want to try a large piece of bread flake as i think with all the fizzing the fish can't see your bait mate, failing that a nice lump of paste

Definately cut out the micros and change them to a bigger feed pellet which you can also put on the hook. Might be worth you getting your hands dirty as well if it is not too deep where you are fishing - if you can reach down to the bottom and see if it is really silty then this could account for the problem - when there is alot of silt this can result in the fish burrowing in the mud to get your feed - i.e. then anything lying on top of it isnt even seen by the fish.

Also you might want to keep the feed going in little and often and try fishing half depth / playing around with the detph you may find a big difference in your catch rates.

I note you say it is fizzing alot and not catching anything - are you sure that the pond is not full of crayfish??
