Post Advice on Pre- Loaded Floats

I Appologise if this queston appears stupid, but please can anyone tell me the correct way to place shot on a pre loaded float ...... say for instance an insert waggler stating 3AAA plus 4BB ... does this mean you place the 3AAA either side of the float and the rest down the line ? Thanks Chaps.

It means that it has a pre loaded weight of 3AAA, you only have to use 4BB to shot it down.

Dont be embarassed about asking questions, we are all still learning
put 1 shot over the float, then bulk under it, then a few droppers from 1/3 of the way down, depending on venue and conditions. It will come clear with practise mate
