Default carp vader entry

The girl done good again with this ghostie on bread fished a foot deep.

Lots of doubles to be had from this fishery in the fens.
Needless to say I had a go and was done by a very 'quick off the mark' double and got trashed in the reeds.
She caught several fish on the bottom on punched luncheon meat over riddled catmeat, but the cruising fish proved too tempting. Still netting them for her though.
Well done I say.

Default Another good catch

Well my girl has done it again and had a fantastic afternoon at Kingsland Reservoir in Turves Cambs. I set her up for 1pm and feeder fished to some reeds using the CarpVader polar ice pellets she had won for the catch above. She was using the new preston method mould and the large flat method feeder paired for the mould. This was very clean and easy for her to use and fast too. Bait was double hair rigged corn to start, then a switch to two hair rigged CarpVader polar ice hooker pellets made a noticeable difference in the bites. There were some anglers on the lake catching the odd roach, tench and a few carp. My girl had a take every put in and only missed two bites and pulled out of another two during the afternoon. We packed up at 6pm and ended up with nearly 100lb of carp from 2lb to 12lb including this fish below.

We both would like to thank all at CarpVader for the polar pellets included in her prize.

Nelio.
