Can't believe there is a time limit of only 1 minute to allow a poster to edit a post!!!
This is a frankly ridiculously short time and is of little or no use IMO.

I agree, I often re read the post to find out it makes little sense but this always takes more than a minute.

I think there may be an issue with edited posts and post counts?

I agree with Peter. Why has this time limit been imposed?

It was believed that it caused the post counts to collapse although now that is not possibly the case, it was deleting posts that may have caused problems. Moderators can still edit a post should you require it just PM me or any other mod with what you require.

I will now adjust the time limit back up for editing your posts as this is not the cause of the post count problems

You now have up to 20 minutes to edit a post - after that only moderators can edit them
