Can a thread be deleted or part deleted once it has been submitted.

Either right away or at a later date.

Yes a post or thread can be deleted or edited by the raiser providing it is done within 20 minutes, after that time a Moderator or Administrator can remove or edit for you, a PM requesting the removal or edit should be sent to either. They can also move a thread if it is in the wrong part of the forum.
