Default ! Intersite Announcement Please Read !

dave (wca) has decided to step down from co-ordinating things in the intersite series.

i think i should change my user name to St Jude or be completly bonkers for taking on another poison challis but i've provisionally agreed subject to all the partisipating sites
to fill in for this year.

so if you think this is acceptable then vote below
(only post a yes [i'll take no posts as a "No vote"] to save wasting bandwidth of the sites)

I hold no malice against anyone but feel it is time to step back.

I have asked Chavender aka Gudgeon_Grabber to run things and he has agreed.

Please all enquiries through him now.Good luck with the series. I hope to make the Midlands , the Individual and hopefully the Eastern ones.

BEAT ME TO IT STEVE LOL

Due to people in the west counrty feeling left out of things asto how & where the matches are decided & to the geographical location of suitable venues thats easily reached by those wishing too take part but distanceses involved are prohibitive it is to this end to enable more people to partisipate that i propose that the southen region should be split between southeast & southwest with the guidelines as follow's
oxford, reading & southamton being the devideding line between southwest & southeast
mids / south border would be gloucester, oxford ,luton ,colecester
this will of course mean a little overlap between lower midlands, eastern &western area's but that will give people in those areas more choice .
with this slight change existing matches can still take place as arranged with the addition off people from devon & cornwall (+west country) to partisipate more.

I reckonise what you are saying Chav, but as sure as night follows day, the posts will be what about a North West match, what about a Welsh match, and maybe even a call from the Scots, I would suggest that the South and North should alternate the sides of the country eg South East one year South West the following year or the Intersite series could become unmanageable or end up as being teams of 3 or 4, which is not what the Intersite was initially for.

(ignor that last post something is a miss i aint seeing all my replys properly)
the welsh match isn't a new one its been muted before about a welsh individual match but things like north east/west if theres a need then i sorpose it could happen but the matches would end up smaller and that one possible future for these matches . more matches but with equally smaller attendancy's and over all winning site would be judged on aggrigate scores as not all sites will attend each match

kingfisher ,the western intersite will be where everyone voted for it to be at hillview

brian yes one option i'll look at for future matches maybe a alternating system of south east/west & north west/east alternating on a yearly bassis
