Justin
i have scrolled thro my PMs and tried to make sense of who is going and who has cancelled.
as far as i can work out there are 9 that i know are going
those are.
curtains
justin case
roland the rat
sparkey
fred
ian hornby
bad boy bagger
ubat
andykoi.
miloman, baggin up art,and ejayar all cancelled.
i dont know if anyone else has been added to this list i am getting just as frustrated as you over this
if we do only have 9 on the day (i have recieved money for 10) then we will have see if we can scrounge another angler, or make the most of a bad job.

Right everyone ,
I've spoken to the fishery and the following applies.
The net limit is 50lbs with an absolute maximum of 60lb. (They normally disqualify anyone with more than 60lbs in a net in open matches)
Spare keepnets are available (they have a limited supply). They charge £2 per net and require a £10 deposit which is returned when nets are handed back to the fishery staff.
I will post this on the other sites.
It's up to the Team Captains how they organise who fishes which peg. If they wish to place anglers thats not a problem, some Captains may, however, prefer to hold a draw for pegs.
Finally I have printed off some pegging maps for the Team Captains which will be handed to them when they draw the peg envelopes.

When I spoke to Ron, the fishery manager at Monks, he told me he had a young lad that wanted to get in to match fishing and was looking for someone to join in with. If you are getting desperate you could always give Ron a ring on 01622 833332 and see whether the lad can fish on Saturday. I'm sure there would no objections from the other teams.

The current TA team sheet now reads
curtains
justin case
roland the rat
sparkey

Ian Hornby could you please advise if the above list contains the names of the people you have got for this event
Do we have any more members that would step in and fill some of the remaining 3 places
Thanks
