Is there any scope to extend the intersite series into a few more matches that are perhaps smaller but in different areas - i.e. so that some other people can get a go and not have to travel so far?

I'm sure some of the other sites would be up for a challenge match or two

dead duck you'd never get this lot past kidderminster. the TA team that fished monks was mainly made up of west country boys. the western intersite cancelled due to lack of interest.

unfortunatley Mr Hornby has a point.....but hopefully this year may be a little different..........lets see what happens when dates come out i am prepared to come down (if i get a personal translater ) so only 9 places to fill now unless of corse there are plenty of western anglers they will have priority of course

Larry is exactly right it is not about those from the Midlands and North not fishing in the extreme South, its about puting matches on in the regions which currently stand as being North, South, East West and Midlands. TA have indeed fished twice in the South West at Devizes with at least 8 off the anglers fishing travelling over 100 miles to fish on the last match, as far as I could see TA would have got a team out last year but the plug was pulled when other forums did not comit. The Intersite Series as it stands is for teams of ten in those 5 regions, to create more matches would prove to be a logistical nightmare unless of course the time scale was increased, theres already a need to avoid forum events that tend to be date set, Fisho qualifiers, maver pairs , NFA championships all within a space of a few months.

larry if you do come down to the deep south you can stay at my place for as long as you want and that includes your other half.
