Firstly thank you to Brian for sorting out my log in details.

Before everyone jumps on the "They are trying to change the rules" bandwagon and Larry tries to wind up even more people on every fishing forum he can find, I'll just explain my thoughts.

The Southern Intersite match for the past few years has had 5 teams in it - although last year Match angling.com were not part of the "Official" intersite group and therefore their anglers didn't score any points. Having 5 teams ie 50 anglers at Willow Park means that you can have 4 anglers on each of the smaller lakes and 2 anglers on the big lake. Most teams like this cos the big lake is mainly feeder fishing and some anglers prefer that. This season we only have 4 teams and therefore as TF have loads of people wanting to fish, I thought it sensible to suggest that (with the other teams consent), we let TF put in a non points scoring team. It was at all times my intention to wait for the replies from MD and TA as to whether the TF2 team could fish - as I have always stated on any TF postings. If you want to keep the match as 4 teams then the 10 pegs on big lake will go and the match will be 20 pegs on Small Lake and 20 on Middle. Let me know what you decide.

Just for Info, the Maggot Drowners are happy for a TF2 team to take part as long as they don't score points towards the Intersite Results.

Not fishing this one but just caught up on the comments on here and TF.

Pikey - don't you wonder why you bother sometimes?

Just a thought - if the killjoys don't like a non-scoring TF2 team why not see if AndysAngle want to enter a team as many of the guys who want to fish are also members on there?

Right we still need some one to be captain for this match, to co-ordinate the team as you can nominate which pool you want to fish, and to confirm that those who have put their name down can still fish it
It is not that far away so needs doing quickly, payment for peg fees and pools is £20 and can be done on the day

Bad Boy Bagger
Bagging Up Art
Fisherman Fred
Bossman
Yorkshire Baits
Ubat
MartynH
GaryB
Paulo
Andykoi

My 2 pennth is that I would have no problem with a second non points scoring team and having only fished willow park once happy to be a feeder fisher on big lake.

With less than a month to go there is a need for some one to assume the role of captain have we any volunteer's?
Payment is on the day so there is no need to collect money, all that is needed is to confirm that those who have put their names down are still available, and to organise the team on the day I can not make this one so would someone put their name forward.

Names so far are

Bad Boy Bagger- - Confirmed
Bagging Up Art - - Confirmed
Fisherman Fred
Bossman--- -- - Confirmed
Yorkshire Baits
Ubat
GaryB
Paulo - - Confirmed
Andykoi
