Hey Crusty who the hell do you think you are, your question is not being ignored, missed maybe but certainly not ignored, your attitude is not within the spirit of the intersite, to make sure I saw the question why did you not PM me or Email me both of which you did when you took up the mantle of TF captain.
Right rant over I will answer your question. It will not be a question of placing anglers how you see fit but on a sealed draw, as we had last year at Heronbrook and on other intersite matches I have fished. I am however happy to accomodate any angler who is disabled and can not easily walk to his peg by allowing that angler to swop a peg with a team mate. I can not see how the match bait list becomes over expansive or expensive, most pegs are to open waters or to an island that is not in pole distance so the method will probably be employed on most pegs and a pole line would be the natural back up so regardless of where you are pegged you will need a similar bait list.
I do not want to start a slanging match a spoil the spirit of the intersite matches so if you are not happy with my explanation then please feel free to send me a personal message or EMail

I Brian prefer to ask questions openly so that others can get involved with their thoughts as to questions asked, not PM one person as if I am going behind someones back.
The method will not come into play for some anglers who will be drawn in the corner of the lake in my opinion, but thats all it is, an opinion, I may well be wrong.
You have your thoughts on the matter and I respect them and take them into consideration, I have one question on this thread and posted another, you have since been on and answered another persons qestion, so it would appear you have ignored mine.
As for attitude, if you don't like mine, then thats your choice, its the one I have got and I will change it for no-one, I have tried to be polite and ask genuine questions so that I have everything clear and not second hand from someone else, if that is a problem, then it will remain so.
Thanks for responding to my questions.

I honestly think that a free draw is the only way to go. This business of placing anglers should never be raised. You play with the cards your dealt, so to speak. But as we,re not complete mercenaries its only fair to show some consideration for the more physically challenged members of the forums.
It is also always a good idea to remember that this site is open to younger members and that outbursts of aggresive retorick is not setting a good example too them. There are other ways of venting your feelings.

I agree Kev a free draw is the only way to go. Stockton is a disabled freindly venue. If you have got a disabled person on your team why not get off your a*ses and help the person to their peg.

Posted this on Total Fishing site

Right lads this is getting silly, I decided to run this match back in January and when a date was booked advised the sites by either posting a thread or by contacting a know representitive, I advised that 40 pegs had been booked, it was only by chasing that i got a full comittment of all four sites and the payment made to BWB at the latest possibly time.
At no time did any one request all of the water which would have possibly added to the entry fee costs.
Now at a late stage when all of the paperwork has been done change is wanted, a little late in my opinion, what if pleasure anglers are on the free pegs, what if the bailiff does not agree to us using unallocated pegs would you be happy with having to tip your fish back and move.
Please lets all try and enjoy the day meet as friends but more importantly leave as better friends
Brian
