Bri If there's enough room left on the match we could possibly get a team of ten from the pop's to fish or make the numbers up in other teams who are short.

Ok we now have plenty of names, maybe even enough for two teams, as I am not the organiser for this match I dont know if we could put a second team in, that would perhaps be subject to one of the forums not entering a team.
What we do need is someone to act as team captain and to do the arranging, we can then set about establishing the team, so if we have a voulunteer please step forward and we can take it from there. It is not unknown for sites to lend anglers to make up full teams so we may be able to accomodate everyone wishing to fish, as they say watch this space.

The guy who organised the booking is from one of the other teams he will still be running the match in terms of the draw payouts weighing in etc, and as such we need to put forward our own team organiser / captain, the intersite is for four teams of ten anglers over a series of four this one is classed as the northern match.

This is easy well easyish, from those who have put theirselves forward we need a team of ten, then basically its collect the peg fees and pools turn up on the day pick the draw for the team, and fish the match, Gaz Malman who is running the match will do everything else, its really not much more difficult than that except if you get any late droputs and you are then struggling to fill the places.
You can either pick a team, draw for the places, as captain that decision is yours, I will list the names for you later tonight it would be best to PM them and see if they still want to fish, that should prevent a lot of chasing if you give them 7 days to respond.
Once you have a team picked plus maybe one or two reserves its just making sure everyone has the info on when they have to pay up by, draw times, latest info if you or anyone else gets any, use the PM to send that info.
Thats about it you are running the team not the match.
