Alan West is receiving the trophy on the left. Chavender ( Steve) the organiser is the guy on the right.

I agree Ejayar it was a good peg wasted, he should've won the match It was most selfish of him to keep the gate closed and not let those skimmers pass.
Nice to meet you.

No Eric I kept the right one
Pete P fortunately the skimmers did not have time to pass through my swim as I only found them in the last hour and a bit and I am more than capable of loosing a shoal , if they were there all along they did not want pellet over pellet and only seemed to switch on after introducing a couple of ball of ground bait which was a desperation tactic.
A couple of carpers were just packing up and they had plenty of skimmers over a bed of particles/pellets maybe the fish moved of that bed of feed
I was not over keen on my peg other than it being an end one, although it did seem better after I had my pre the all in stroll, and realised it was the same peg that I won a section off at the first individual match so thought there might be some hope.

Wish I'd had as good a bite as that during the match.

Cheers for the mini blog Brian, just wish I had found a couple of skimmers on the shorter line, my few fish came @ 13m over worm/caster.

Peter, hope to get down to Dog lane sometime so may see you there.
