There should have been a list of venue rules posted earlier

I will be up for the next intersite match whenever that is, but as for this one, a rule change late in the day is a bit out of order, I mean its not the fishomania final... Surely gaz you should let people fish the methods they wish, or just make a length ban like angygas said, unless of course there is something your not telling us, (maybe its not your prefered method). Lads have pleasured this place recently using floating pole and floating baits so to say that it has been banned by you in my opinion is WRONG!

Please go back and read through the thread, I have retracted my orginal rule on floating pole and it will be put to a vote so it is totally democratic. We shall see in the morning if it still stands.

As for the swimstim thing I have been given no idea about this ban, its out of my hands, if id have know then I would have told people. I also didnt know that it was a floating pole venue, theres not many around as most places have banned it for the obvious reasons.

TBH im a bit ticked off with the amount of stick im getting for this, ive gone to the trouble of running a match 150 miles from my house because i thought it would be fair on those from the funny side of the hills to have an interside over there for once rather than in gods own country. Yet im getting stick off predominatley locals, I tried to bring in the rules to make the fishing fair not for some alteria motive because im an expert at the pellets wag as has been insinuated elsewhere, ive only ever fished it once in a match before now. Intersites are about having a day out and a bit of banter, its a real shame that some people have to take it so seriously.
