Default bait detection

whilst out walking his dog a man comes across an angler..... you catching mate he enquires ? bagging up mate comes the reply... what ya catching on mate he asks?... worm is the reply... the dog walker thinks for a while then replys worm? i would have said it would have been a maggot day today with it being dry and sunny... never comes the reply from the angler.. i have a fool proof method of detecting what the fish will take on any given day.. please explain asks the walker so the angler goes on to say when i get up to go fishing i look at the wife if she is laying with her legs to the right then i use maggot.... but if like this morning her legs are to the left then its a worm day but what happens if her legs are open enquires the dog walker? in that case i stay in bed replys the angler!!!!!
