Match on local stretch of R Colne. It's fishing so well that haven't bothered going anywhere else since the end of the Winter League. Nice and simple on most pegs, stick or sawn off waggler and 4 pints of bronze...

Should have gone to work but it was cancelled, Shame really cos i was looking forward to it,. I went fishing instead. Won it!!!!!

Oh well...
Drew a peg on the Colne that produced a big double figures of roach and chublets last week with no better fish; a bit different this week for no obvious reason (unless of course I'm just useless)...10 fish for 2 4 and lost a ten minute argument with a rather large barbel.
Winner had 2 barbel (best 9 13) and a big chub for 22 6 on feeder and big bunch of maggots on an 8, second had 15 lb all roach on punch.
