liquidise your meat add some brown crumb (fine) oxo cube and keep kneading til you get concistancy required

there is an artical in Aug edition of Advanced Pole Fishing on meat paste.
they suggest grate two tins of meat with some method groundbait mix

Dotted down - would look to grate the meat through a fine riddle. Add alittle water & a stiff binding groundbait. Wouldn't add too much of the groundbait, just enough to hold the riddled meat.

Would make it quite sloppy....seems to work best for me anyway
