so if you get 6 tickets and you qualifi in the first round what happens to the other 5 tickets
dose anyone know?????

You can still fish the matches although there aint much point or return your tickets to the NFA who then pass them on to those on the waiting list,you should then get a refund.

No they can't be handed on to friends,if you qualify for the final and still have tickets for other qualifiers,you have to return them.

but I don't think you are allowed to fish the remaining matches, the tickets have to be returned

Have a good read lads its not 240 its 320 that means theres less than 14 matches worth of tickets available to the everyday angler take off the several hundred tickets that go to the Fisho Vets and its down to less than 12 matches worth of tickets available on the draw method it means your chances of getting one are reducing year on year. By the way it aint free to join the poker site its $25 on that basis its probably as good as the phone call scams that are receiving much critical press, fine if you want to gamble but you can bet ( excuse the pun ) the supposed free tickets will be more than covered.

There are some very capable anglers out there as was proved in this years final that would love a crack at this match if only they could get a ticket.

I dont think Steve would want to enter into a discussion on Fisho tickets as he tends to get a lot of unfair flack when he has in the past on other forums and to be fair I dont blame him.
Kev there is limited guess work in my posts the 320 figure is factual as advertised on the link that Madforit posted.
The only guess work is to how many Fisho veterans there are but if they all apply for their 6 tickets it only needs 33+ of them to take up another 200 tickets so thats 520 that are not available in the lottery that is the fisho draw. As the matches are 130 peggers it is pretty safe to assume that the 520 tickets that will be allocated represent 4 full matches that are not available and hence out of 16 matches there are now only a maximum of 12 matches worth of tickets for those applying via the NFA. Or put another way 520 divided by 16 equals 32 tickets per match which are pre allocated that leaves 98 per match, so you can see that it really is down to the luck of the draw.
